If German law is applicable You -as consument- have a right of returning the ordered goods
according to the following instructions:

You can cancel the contract within one month after Your order without stating any reasons.
You can do so by returning the ordered goods. The Period is starting when You receive these
instructions. To ensure timely processing, the posting of the goods must be within this period.

Consequences of cancellation
In case of an effective cancellation both sides have to return the received benefit. If You are
unable to do so due to damaged or impaired goods we are entitled for a compensation.
This is not the case when the goods are examined in the same way as You would do in a retail store.
The costs for the returning will be refunded to You. In case, please send us the Number/bank code of your
account.

Until the goods are entirely paid by the customer ownership of the goods remains at Highend-Digital.
