All Prices on this homepage are including VAT. plus shipping & handling fees. We ship only insured goods
and use one of the major shipment providers (DHL, Hermes, DPD).

For COD deliveries we charge addittional EUR 10.00. For COD deliveries to countries
other than Germany there may be additional costs charged by the local shipment provider
which can vary and which are not known to us beforehand.
Delivery Time
Usually we ship on the business day following Your order. Shipment times within Europe are typical between
one and two weeks. When the order is leaving our shop, You will be notified via e-mail. Use the supplied
tracking number to watch the status of delivery. If we are in rare cases not able to deliver all at once
we will send in several chunks and pay the additional shipment fees.
Possible Damages at the Delivered Goods
Before signing a receipt please inspect the outside of the delivered packages.
In case of visual damages immediately complain to the shipping provider and ask
for a written confirmation. In case of faults or malfunctions please contact us
via telephone or e-mail before returning the device.
